Ali and her team were incredible from the start. Communication was easy, they were on top of every detail, from making sure that we had all of the right glassware, to making sure our signature cocktail was exactly what we wanted it to be. They were on time, had a gorgeous setup, and we didn't have to worry about a single detail. Ali sourced the perfect bottle of wine for my father-in-law, and the bartenders recognized him all night and had a glass ready when he walked up to the bar. Fluid helped make our day seamless and perfect. Highly recommend.

We hired Fluid Bar Service for our September wedding and they were amazing! They were really easy to communicate with prior to the wedding day and tailored the drink menu to exactly what we wanted. The two signature cocktails they made on the day of our wedding were absolutely delicious (we had a mule and apple cider + bourbon). Our guests went out of their way to tell us how delicious they were. The staff on the day of the wedding were very friendly and professional. I cannot recommend Fluid Bar Service enough!

I cannot recommend Fluid Bar Services enough. They were our bar service for our wedding back in September. At first, I was hesitant to hire them because they were pricey; however, their level of professionalism and knowledge of the business was spot on. I would hire them back in an instant. Ali was very quick to respond to all emails in the months leading up to our wedding. As for the day of services, Taylor and his counterpart saved the wedding when our another of our caterers had a mishap. The knew what they were doing, checked in with my friend (my day of coordinator) every 30 minutes, and were just overall so professional.

Fluid catered the bar services at our wedding out in Lowell, VT on 9/24. Ryan was great to work with and customized the menu to our tastes and spending limit. The two bartenders he had come out (sorry, I don't remember their names) were great! They knew exactly what they needed from us (just a table, really) and had everything set up in plenty of time before the reception. They helped clean up some of the tables as the night went on, and were just really great. Thanks so much for helping make it such an awesome day!

2nd: The service on the day of the wedding that was professional, courteous and complete. The estimate on number of servers was spot on. Great service.

3rd: The clean-up was complete. Nothing left to pick up.

4th: The final bill was within the estimate range.

I would not consider any other vendor if I planned another event.

We booked Fluid Bar Service for our wedding on May 2nd, 2015, and we were very happy with our service. We first met with Ryan, the owner, over a beer when we discussed our preferences and alcohol selection. Ryan was very attentive to detail and responsive to questions during the planning process, and coordinated with our other vendors to make sure the day went smoothly. On our wedding day, the bar service was excellent! During the cocktail hour they had servers come around with the first few drinks, which kept there from being a long line at the bar. We were also very impressed that they remembered our favorite drinks, and brought them out to us immediately after the ceremony! They did a great job and coordinated well with our other vendors.
