FOUNDERS
Ryan and Caroline each have over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and can help you throw an unforgettable event. Intimate wedding receptions, corporate events or large festivals, we can custom tailor our bar services specific to your tastes and needs.
With our staff of experienced, professional bartenders your guests will be sure to receive delicious drinks and amazing service.
Ali
EVENT MANAGER
Ali is the manager of Fluid Bar Service and its sister company, The Monkey House (a local craft beer bar and music venue). Ali has been in the service industry for over 10 years and began her career in social services working with the AmeriCorps program and local Vermont nonprofits. After bartending at the Monkey House part-time for a couple years, the opportunity arose to take over the management position, and she hasn’t looked back. Ali works closely with the owners to ensure all aspects of your event are being met, from pre-event tastings to day of set up and execution.
In her “free time”, Ali is one of the co-owners of the Waking Windows Festival, an annual 3-day music, art, comedy and food festival that takes place in Winooski, VT.
KURT
EVENT MANAGER
As one of the seven leads for Fluid Bar Service, Kurt brings over 15 years of service industry experience. Through this experience, Kurt is able to help anticipate your needs and is flexible and accommodating to help in any way possible to make your event seamless and enjoyable which you and your guests will remember for years to come. Originally from New Hampshire, Vermont has been home since 1998. A proud Catamount from The University of Vermont with degrees in History and Philosophy.
JACKIE
EVENT MANAGER
Jackie has been working in Burlington, Vermont's bar and restaurant scene for almost 12 years, bartending at downtown spots focused on craft cocktails and local ingredients. She started with Fluid Bar Services in 2013 and currently also splits time between Nectar's and The Monkey House. Notable past experience includes head-bartender positions at The Daily Planet and Juniper at Hotel Vermont.
Jackie's passions include art, music and traveling. She likes to spend her free time painting, hiking, snowboarding, camping and being outside with her dogs
